Cristina Murphy, LMHC, CAMSII, DVS, TS, MA
Anxiety, insecurity, anger and depression get in the way of success and even more than that - they get in the way of you being happy with yourself and your life. Freeing yourself of these issues gives you the opportunity to experience life in a new way that improves your life, relationships, and your performance at work/school. Therapy can help you with these issues and you can begin to enjoy life again.
I utilize an individualized treatment approach unique to each individual and their needs. I incorporate an eclectic mix of DBT,CBT, psychodynamic, mindfulness, motivational interviewing, as well structural family therapy for families and play therapy with children in assisting others to attain their goals for therapy.

Kamila Kozak, LMHC
As a therapist, my goal is to support and empower my clients through the process of reducing any obstacles in their lives. I believe that there is no concern too embarrassing or scary that we would not be able to take on together.
I utilize a variety of therapeutic approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), amongst many others. In my practice, I have extensively worked with clients who suffered from trauma, substance use disorders, depression and anxiety.
Your mental health is the most important aspect of your existence as it influences how you feel, act and think. Let me help you build a better and brighter future for yourself and your loved ones.
